Content Guidelines for Authors
1. Manuscript Types The Explorer accepts the following types of manuscripts:
Original Research Articles: Detailed studies reporting original research.
Review Articles: Comprehensive reviews of specific topics.
Short Communications: Brief reports of significant findings.
Case Studies: Detailed analyses of individual cases.
Letters to the Editor: Short, focused discussions on recent articles or current issues.
Project/Dissertation/Thesis: Exclusive issues for detailed manuscript/s.
2. Manuscript Preparation
Title: Should be concise, informative, and reflect the content of the manuscript.
Abstract: A summary (150-250 words) outlining the purpose (aim & objective separately), methods, results, and conclusions.
Keywords: 4-6 keywords that accurately represent the content.
Introduction: Should provide background, rationale, and objectives of the study.
Methods: Detailed description of the experimental procedures or methodologies used.
Results: Clear and concise presentation of findings, supported by tables and figures.
Discussion: Interpretation of results, implications, and comparison with existing literature.
Conclusion: Summary of findings and their significance.
References: Follow the APA 7 format, ensuring all references are accurate and complete. Follow the chronological order, as the latest is published first, followed by the older ones
3. Formatting Requirements
Manuscripts should be written in clear, concise English.
Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12 pt) and double-spacing.
Include page numbers and line numbers for ease of review.
Figures and tables should be embedded within the text and also provided as separate files.
4. Ethical Considerations
Authorship: All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the research.
Plagiarism: Manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism. Proper citation of sources is mandatory.
Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
Data Integrity: Authors must ensure the accuracy and integrity of their data. Fabrication, falsification, or selective reporting of data is prohibited.
Human and Animal Rights: Research involving human or animal subjects must comply with ethical standards and have appropriate approvals.
5. Submission Process
Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system.
Authors should provide a cover letter highlighting the significance of their work and its relevance to the journal’s scope.
All submissions will undergo an initial editorial assessment followed by peer review.
6. Peer Review Process
The Explorer follows a double-blind peer review process.
Authors may suggest potential reviewers, but the final selection is made by the editorial team.
Reviewers are expected to provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
7. Post-Acceptance
Accepted manuscripts will undergo copyediting, typesetting, and proofreading.
Authors will receive proofs for final approval before publication.
The Explorer is an open-access journal, and all articles will be freely available online upon publication.
8. Data Sharing and Reproducibility
Authors are encouraged to share their data and provide sufficient detail to allow replication of their study.
Data should be deposited in a public repository, and a data availability statement should be included in the manuscript.
9. Copyright and Licensing
Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal a license to publish the article.
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License, allowing others to share and adapt the work with proper attribution.
