Debapriya Mukhopadhyay, born on March 24, 1986, in Bankura, West Bengal, is an Indian philanthropist and entrepreneur with a profound dedication to optometry. His journey began in the rural villages of India, where he aimed to explore uncharted areas of optometry and deliver essential eye care. A graduate of Vidyasagar College of Optometry & Vision Science and further Master's from Bharati Vidyapeeth University Medical College School of Optometry and Symbiosis International University. He has also received his Doctorate from the Swiss School of Management, Barcelona. Mukhopadhyay has been active in his field since 2003.
A commitment to community eye health and pediatric optometry marks his professional life. He is known for his work with the Dr. Ashok Kumar Banerjee Charitable Foundation and his advisory role at Himesh Reddivari Technologies Private Limited.
